Refund Policy

We accept return requests, for any reason, excluding change of mind within 7 days of your parcel being received. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original packaging and with all tags attached. Lilith Viper does not cover the shipping cost for returning an item. Please send your return with tracking number, sent to hello@lilithviper.com

Return requests can be made via contacting us on hello@lilithviper.com. Please use the subject line ‘Return - insert order number here’. Before emailing your request, please also read through the conditions in the section below to ensure your item is eligible for a return. Lilith Viper reserves the right to deny the return if the item(s) fail to meet our return policy requirements, in line with Fair Trading laws.

Faulty Items 

Lilith Viper takes great care & consideration when sewing our garments & endeavour to supply high quality pieces. However if your item is faulty, please submit a return request with photos of damaged areas of the garment. 

In the instance of a faulty item we can offer to amend the fault & replace the piece or a refund or credit note.  

Incorrect sizing 

When purchasing from Lilith Viper please pay attention to the size chart, we follow this for all our pieces. If the incorrect size is purchased we can offer an exchange for the correct size. Please email hello@lilithviper.com with the subject like ‘Return - Incorrect size ‘order number here’
